Business Development Representative
Our Client, an international digital services provider specializing in Digital Engineering, Operations and Studio services, is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to strengthen their sales efforts in the Poland/Europe region, who will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Poland/Europe region.
- Prospect and generate new leads via networking, referrals, events, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to provide customized solutions.
- Create and present compelling proposals for the company’s services, including Hyperautomation, ServiceNow, Generative AI, NOC/SOC services, contact center solutions, and digital engineering services.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s diverse solutions and offerings.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value contracts.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Continuously network and leverage partnerships to uncover new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in new business sales within IT services in the Poland/Europe market.
- Experience in selling in one or more of the following areas:
- Technical contact centers
- Generative AI solutions
- Hyperautomation
- ServiceNow
- Digital Advertising
- Digital Engineering services
- DevOps & Cloud services
- Network & Security Operations (NOC/SOC)
- Industry experience in Telecom, Media, Technology, Retail, or Healthcare is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and meeting targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close large, complex deals.
- Existing relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Based in Poland with flexibility for travel as needed.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
