For our client, international company located in Germany: Düsseldorf, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Tasks:
- taking care of relations with clients
- communicating with clients via telephone and email, answering questions, resolving issues
- finding solutions to problems and escalating unresolved issues
- sending or reviewing emails
- collecting information to have a call with client: reviewing and researching existing/ new contracts
- work in accordance with processes and procedures
- work with database, entering/updating data into system
- ensuring that contract documents are issued correctly
- occasionally: attendance at client meetings, participate in trainings of new employees
Expectations:
- German as C2 level or native language
- English B2 level
- experience in customer service, office work, data entry, quality control
- being a good communicator: by phone, email
- good knowledge of computer (MS Office)
- skills of time management
- confidence, feeling good talking to people :)
