For our client who is a strategic partner to companies around the world, using technology to enable business transformation for over 50 years, we are looking for Team Leader in Finance R2R area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Ensure that team targets are achieved and performance standards are met.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to agreed policies and procedures.
- Independently manage processes within R2R, as well as conduct internal projects.
- Provide status updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client-specific processes and applications.
- Support the Team Manager in managing client escalations and resolving stakeholder issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Develop strategies and solutions to address challenges from problematic customers.
- Support and guide team members in their daily tasks and professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, specifically in the R2R area.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
- Proven experience in people management as a Team Leader, Team Leader’s backup, or Project Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to organize work effectively while following procedures.
